AAC’s New Isolators Designed for Vibration and Noise

A new series of 104 small square and round vibration isolators from Advanced Antivibration Components are designed for vibration and noise isolation within computers, business machines, or any instrument with rotating or reciprocating movement. The maximum compression loads for these units, identified as the V10Z 1 and V10Z 2 Series, range from 4.91 lbs. (2.2 kg) to 330 lbs. (149.7 kg). The maximum shear load for this series range from 2.6 lbs. (1.2 kg) to 140 lbs. (63.5 kg). All units are made of natural rubber and range in diameter from 3/8" (9.5 mm) to 2-3/4" (69.9 mm), and in length from 5/16" (7.9 mm) to 1.26" (32 mm). Zinc plated steel fasteners, ranging in length from 7/32" (5.6 mm) to 29/32" (23 mm), are bonded to the main isolator section. Minimum load rating tables for both compression and shear loading to achieve 81% isolation efficiency are available for each of the 27 types of isolators in the series. Similarly, static deflection charts for both compression and shear loading will be sent to all interested engineers. View Catalog Page for More Details and Quote Request
