A New Series of AT5 Timing Belt Drives From Econobelt Are Now Available

A new Series of AT5 inch and metric timing belt drives from Econobelt are now available. The 215 pulleys, identified as the QPMAT5 in metric and QPEAT5 in inch Series, are made from 2024-T4 or 2024-T351 Aluminum Alloy or AISI 1045 Steel. All series offer double flange and flangeless types, with and without set screws for fastening to shafts. They are designed to fit inch shafts ranging from .3750" (9.525 mm) to .7500" (19.05 mm) and metric shafts from 8 mm (.3150") to 16 mm (.6299"). A series of 10 AT5 timing belts are also stocked ranging in pitch length from 300 mm (11.811") to 1125 mm (44.291"). These belts have teeth ranging from 60 to 225 and are stocked in belt widths of 6 mm (.235"), 10 mm (.394"), 16 mm (.630"), and 25 mm (.984"). The belts are made from nylon covered fiberglass reinforced neoprene with a loading capacity of 60 N/mm (343 lbf/in.).
