AGMA Announces New Board of Directors

The American Gear Manufacturers Association (AGMA) Board of Directors elected two new members to serve a three-year term, from 2023 to 2026. This vote occurred at the most recent board of directors meeting in Ann Arbor, Michigan in August.

The newly elected Board members are:
  • Randy Burdick, President & CEO, Horsburgh & Scott
  • David Hegenbarth, President, Federal Gear
They join the following leaders who were elected to the Board during the Spring Annual Meeting held in March:
  • John Perrotti, President, Gleason Corporation
  • Eric Van Rens, President, Schafer Industries
The four leaders make up the 2023 class of Board Members.

“AGMA and its Members are fortunate to have two very seasoned industry leaders join the board of directors,” said Matthew Croson, President, AGMA. “Both Randy and Dave bring decades of experience to the table and the companies they represent are great examples of innovation mixed with the rich history of gear manufacturers. We look forward to letting the Members drive the power transmission industry forward and know that with our newest board members, combined with all the board and AGMA volunteers, we are in good hands.
