Digital trends, supply chain issues, economic outlook for 2022
The fluid power industry is pushing for new sourcing strategies, market positioning and, in general, advancing hydraulic and pneumatic technologies into the digital age. There are plenty of opportunities in the coming months to hear what the future of fluid power will look like from companies like Trelleborg Sealing Solutions and associations like the NFPA and ASME.
Future of Manufacturing with Trelleborg Sealing Solutions
Trelleborg Sealing Solutions will host a virtual conference on March 24, focusing on the mega trends that are shaping the future of manufacturing, including digital transformation, circular production, near sourcing, and sustainability.
The conference will kick off with a keynote presentation by global futurist, strategic advisor, and best-selling author, Daniel Burrus, followed by panel discussions and presentations from Trelleborg Sealing Solutions Americas leadership team, market segment managers and engineering and innovation experts.
In the “Future of Manufacturing” conference, attendees will have the opportunity to hear about innovations and advancements that have the potential to transform manufacturing. Linda Muroski, president of Trelleborg Sealing Solutions Marketing Americas and Global Healthcare and Medical, and professional host, Amy McWhirter, will guide the day’s events, providing commentary and facilitating audience interaction.
Muroski says: “We are proud to have a great lineup of speakers and panelists for the premiere Americas Virtual Conference and are looking forward to welcoming customers across the region to join us in exploring how we can use hard trends to turn disruption and change into opportunities and advantages for growth.
“In the manufacturing industry, we have all been impacted by supply chain challenges over the last couple of years. During the conference, we will look at how innovations, such as additive manufacturing and artificial intelligence, have the potential to transform manufacturing as we know it by expanding design freedom, reducing time to market, bringing production closer to demand, and improving industrial sustainability. We have held three successful virtual conferences in Europe and are looking forward to bringing the conversation to the Americas.”
This conference is intended for customers in the Americas, as well as anyone else who is interested in future manufacturing. It will be live streamed in English with simultaneous translations in Portuguese and Spanish. While the virtual conference is free to attend, registration is required.
Highlights include a keynote presentation on the future of manufacturing, a panel discussion on exploring megatrends and a presentation on digital transformation.
