Intellidrives now offers the IMAC Ethernet Motion Server, a new Internet accessible distributed motion control technology for automation applications. It uses TCP/IP over Internet to control with a single IMAC Motion Server up to 128 servo or stepper I-Drives axis. This open architecture allows seamless integration with Digital I/O, Vision Systems and additional equipment such as HMI's all controlled from a single master over Internet. Systems may be used with a stand alone program or, alternatively, commands can be sent from an external computer from any application such as Visual Basic, C, C++, C#, JavaSctipt, LabView and many others. Architecture is infinitely scaleable, using multiple IMAC Motion Servers and the distributed control concept ensures that it is cost effective for any size or complexity. I-Drives offer a complete range of AC- and DC-powered digital drives for servo and stepper motors.
