Kurt Hydraulics Couplings Handle More Applications

February 17, 2012
Kurt Hydraulics full line of W-Style couplings is compatible with low pressure braided hoses and high pressure spiral hoses. Handling more applications and requiring less inventory, these high quality, multi-purpose couplings answer the needs of today's lean manufacturers. Designed for non-skive high pressure spiral hoses (6,000 PSI) and all wire braided hose applications, these couplings are available in 742 different end types. They are available in sizes 4-32, non-skive all sizes of R12, non-skive 4SH 12-24 sizes, and a full line of metrics. Designed to eliminate leaks in hydraulic systems, these Kurt W-Style couplings are suitable for both industrial and commercial applications including construction, agricultural, mining, off-highway vehicle, and plant maintenance equipment. Field proven in vibration and shock conditions, they are designed to handle sub-zero through high temperature applications. Kurt couplings meet SAE specifications and are quality manufactured in accordance with ISO 9002/QS 9000 quality processes and systems. "Distributors and users no longer need to carry two lines of hoses and two lines of couplings for low pressure and high pressure hydraulic applications," reports Scott Czupryna, sales manager for Kurt Hydraulics. "Kurt's W-Style couplings are compatible with both. End users get similar benefits because they can use these couplings for a wider range of applications with far less inventory."
