As of January 2023, Arkos Field Services, acquired by Burckhardt Compression in 2019, is integrated with Burckhardt Compression (US) Inc. Customers benefit from combined knowledge, expertise and unrivalled solutions for reciprocating compressors and other equipment from one provider. The integration of the two brands streamlines business processes to provide easy access and a solutions-driven customer experience. 

Corrosion under insulation (CUI) is a longtime plague of petrochemical, refinery, and marine environments. The problem is so bad that an estimated 40-60 percent of piping maintenance costs in the oil and gas industry stem from CUI-related expenses. Even worse, undetected CUI on pipes carrying hazardous liquids may lead to leaks and potential explosions. To tackle this dangerous and costly problem, Cortec Corporation has developed CorroLogic CUI Inhibitor Injection, a new Vapor phase Corrosion Inhibitor technology that simplifies protection for insulated pipes reaching a high range of temperatures.

Overall, the Turbomachinery & Pump Symposia saw 3,815 attendees, hosted 94 technical sessions, and had 274 exhibiting companies. Many attendees commented on the value of networking conversation at the show. From 2021 to 2022, TPS saw an increase in international delegates, with just 19 countries represented in 2021, to 44 countries represented in 2022.
