Through its PT WORK ForceSM initiative, the PTDA Foundation provides employers in the PT/MC channel with resources to attract and keep a sufficient, vibrant workforce. With financial support of nearly $290,000 from companies and individuals, the industry is working collaboratively to reach the future PT/MC workforce.
According to Keith Nowak, 2018 PTDA Foundation vice president, MPT Drives, Inc. (Madison Heights, Mich.), “We are facing multiple challenges when it comes to hiring and retaining employees.
