This seminar, presented by Seminars for Engineers, incorporates the most recent techniques and guidelines from both international and domestic engineering societies and research groups and provides attendees with immediately applicable knowledge. The instructor, Bill Eccles, has a strong background in design engineering and extensive experience in bolted joint design in the automotive, marine, aerospace and machine tool industries. Besides his doctorate on the self-loosening of threaded fasteners, he has written a number of technical papers. His company, Bolted Joint has worked with major engineering organizations in the world including, NASA, John Deere Inc., Volvo Car Corporation, Dupont Inc., Harley-Davidson, Texas Instruments Inc. and General Electric Corporation.
