Measuring System Eliminates Need for Gaging

Designed with a small footprint for the shop environment, OneTouch optical measuring systems provide quick, micron-level accuracy on individual features or complex piece parts. The OneTouch is a field-of-view device that automates measuring, so traditional gaging is not necessary.

Included software allows operators to create part programs. The OneTouch is highly versatile due to standard and configurable screen overlay targets, a movable crosshair/DRO and geometric edge acquisition tools. Other features include telecentric optics, a high-resolution digital camera and both episcopic and backlight programmable illumination, which create digital images on the 20" LCD monitor.    Results and images can be stored in internal memory or CD-ROM; they can be e-mailed or connected to a network in addition to USB port capabilities.
