Employing the power of smartphones and Augmented Reality (AR), KUKA has launched its new KUKA.MixedReality software that allows users to visualize the environment of robot cells live on their smartphones to support fast, safe, and intuitive robot startups. The free mobile app displays tools and interference geometries for early detection of potential hazards that can then be eliminated before a robot even starts to work.

KUKA Robotics will spotlight a pair of innovative mobile robots March 11-14 in Booth B4003 at Modex 2024 in Atlanta. The KUKA KMP 1500P autonomous mobile platform and the KUKA KMP 600-S diffDrive mobile platform automated guided vehicle (AGV).

In several working demonstrations, KUKA Robotics will showcase various innovative automation solutions for specific handling applications during Pack Expo 2023 in booth C-3236 Central Hall.

In Booth #N-6236, the company will spotlight its range of fully hygienic robots for food processing, picking, packaging, palletizing and advanced vision applications.

KUKA Robotics will spotlight mobile robotics during the Semicon West show, July 12-14, a solution developed in partnership with the world's largest semiconductor fabricators that reliably transfers materials in areas unsuitable for traditional automated material handling systems.

This fully automated robotic bartender — from Italian company Makr Shakr— serves fresh drinks via an app.
