Oerlikon Graziano Participates in Student Initiative

Oerlikon Graziano is the protagonist of the #NEETandiamoavincere project where eight young people will start a learning and training path for an active job search. The initiative, organized by Bosch Italia and Allenarsi for the Future, is dedicated to the training and employment of the Neet (Not engaged in Education, Employement or Training), that is young people between the ages of 15 and 29 who do not take part in training and education and do not carry out work activities.
 
According to an analysis carried out by the University Cattolica of Milan, the phenomenon of the NEET project in Italy is reaching considerable numbers and has generated interest from several applicants including new graduates looking for employment, to young people who have abandoned their studies early.
 
Oerlikon Graziano will be a key player in this project, hosting one of the applicants for six months. The candidate will be able to count on a series of first-rate models: he will be guided along a path of personal and professional growth by the company mentor who will coordinate the project; he will receive the advice of a sports champion to focus on passions and goals; finally, a wellness expert will support to guarantee a healthy and balanced path.
