Bridge Connections Provide Solution for Running Parallel Systems

November 14, 2007

The Bishop-Wisecarver Corp. recently announced the addition of bridge connections to its UtiliTrak product line. Available in steel and aluminum configurations, the bridge connections serve as an option for running two systems in parallel. According to the company’s press release, the UtiliTrak design compensates for mounting errors, and does not require absolute parallelism for accurate operation. The bridge connections are available in a variety of widths and can accommodate customer specifications.

“Our customers have requested the addition of standard connections, with in-stock lead times,” says Pamela Kan, president of Bishop-Wisecarver. “Each application requires different lengths and hole patterns, and with our state-of-the-art machine shop, we’re capable of making each part to order very quickly.”
