Custom Gaskets Match Fluid Handling Requirements

Custom manufactured gaskets and seals that are engineered to match critical OEM fluid handling requirements and die cut to precise specifications are available from Interstate Specialty Products, Inc. of Sutton, Massachusetts.

Interstate Specialty Gaskets are engineered to customer specification and die cut to match precise fluid handling process requirements including oil, fuel, chemical, and solvent resistance, vacuum, pressure, and other factors. Featuring digital dieless cutting, they can be made from various elastomers, fabric supported diaphragm materials, microcellular urethane foams, sponge and foam materials, high temperature and pressure materials and many others.

Produced in virtually unlimited shapes and sizes from 0.250” up to 60” dia. and thicknesses from 0.003”, depending upon material, Interstate Specialty Gaskets can be made from typical materials such as PTFE, expanded PTFE, FKM, neoprene, nitrile, silicones, fluoroelastomers, and MIL-SPEC, AMS, NSF, and FDA approved materials.  Applications include electronics, medical devices, process controls, industrial and laboratory equipment, oil & gas, and more.

Interstate Specialty Gaskets are priced according to configuration and quantity.  The firm is ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 13485:2003 certified and ITAR registered.
