Schaeffler X-life™ Tapered Roller Bearings: Best-in-Class Precision
Compared to the conventional standard, X-life tapered roller bearings from Schaeffler deliver up to 20% higher basic dynamic load rating, up to 75% less friction, and approximately 70% longer service life. But that’s not all! Schaeffler X-life tapered roller bearings offer industry-leading performance with respect to radial and axial misalignment. In other words: best-in-class precision for the most demanding applications!

Reversing or Disengaging Spiral Bevel Gearbox
This precision gearbox can disengage a driven element or reverse rotational direction. The design is especially suited for high performance industrial applications where output shaft direction change is necessary or drivelines need disconnecting for maintenance or machine setups. Actuation can be achieved manually or with pneumatics when gearbox is at zero speed.
Made-to-Print, Custom Designed, High Fatigue Life and Corrosion Resistant Bearings
Made in the USA, NES bearings provide superior corrosion resistance & fatigue life over standard bearing products. High nitrogen alloys and unique design qualities combine to provide enhanced corrosion resistance over 440C while significantly increasing bearing fatigue life.
This unique treatment is proven to reduce friction by 99% - significantly extending the bearing's life.
- Operates in temperatures up to 900º
- Permanent treatment in the metal – not a coating
- Does not alter the dimensional tolerances of the bearing
- Saves time & operation costs
