Kamar Industries typical production lots range from 10 - 250+ pieces along with single/multiple piece production. Our goal is to provide value by accommodating small quantity customer needs as well as production lot requirements. Our gear fabrication includes all traditional gear materials including carbon and alloy steels, brass, bronze, stainless and aluminum. Engineered plastics include acetal, nylon, modified nylons and UHMW. In addition to manufacturing from customer prints, gears are produced from furnished samples should an engineered drawing not be readily available for aftermarket replacement applications. "Gear cutting only" is offered to cut gear teeth from supplied pre-machined blanks in addition to complete gear manufacturing capabilities.
