DualVeeŽ Guide Wheels and Components

Since the creation and patenting of the original DualVee guide wheel in 1966, it has offered customers easy to use and easy to install guide wheel components and assemblies. DualVee components are ideal for a wide array of applications, from the clean room to the saw mill. These rugged yet economical guide wheels provide smooth, quiet motion at speeds up to 5.5 m/s and acceleration to 5 g's.

DualVee's recirculating elements are self-contained and isolated from the environment; rolling contact between the wheel and track sweeps debris aside, making it ideal for use in contaminated environments. Track is easily joined for long length systems.

DualVee offers three different wheel options: original guide wheels, studded guide wheels, and new integral guide wheels. Original guide wheels are available in 52100 carbon steel or 440C stainless steel. Eccentric or concentric bushings are 303 stainless steel or nickel plated carbon steel. New one piece integral wheels can be selected for lower cost and ease of installation. The new Integral wheels add polymer overmolded wheels and crown rollers to the DualVee family.

DualVee single edge or double edge track with patented mounting shoulder is available in AISI 1045 carbon steel or AISI 420 stainless steel, induction hardened or "as formed". Hardened track comes in single lengths up to 20 feet, unhardened in lengths up to 22 feet. Track is easily butt-joined for longer length applications.

A number of accessory items are also available including wheel covers, lubricators, track plate assemblies, and wheel plate assemblies.
