Quality Reducer Services, Inc. was formed as a service organization solely for the purpose of repairing gearboxes.

Q R S personnel have, since 1989, been providing repair and Rebuilding services to the primary steel industry, aftermarket processors, chemical plants, paper mills, refineries, utilities, and many others.

We possess the ability to repair most of the O.E.M. speed reducers and increasers used in countless applications throughout industry.

Our years of experience enable us to provide the most economical and reliable service to assure that every rebuilt unit will provide many years of continuous use. Every unit repaired by Q.R.S. will be test run prior to shipment to check contact patterns, lubrication, sound and vibration levels.

In some cases our detailed inspection reports will indicate it is more economical to replace rather than repair a given unit. Our only charge in these cases would be a minor inspection service fee.

Our goal is to provide an economical, timely, turn-around repair service, or spares, from the leader in Gearbox repair.
